We stayed here as a family of four – and we were delighted with the apartment and with the hosts attention to details – both in the apartment and in communicating with us prior to our arrival. The apartment was as described, and the host had provided some kind welcoming provisions. The location is perfect and with inclusion of parking makes this an ideal place to stay, both in the heart of Wells, yet peaceful and spacious. We would definitely recommend this to friends, and would stay here again …

We have really enjoyed our time at your wonderful new flat, it has been a very easy and stress free experience. You have clearly spent a lot of time furnishing and equipping it, it’s great to have plenty of crockery! The views are just fantastic and it has been such good weather we have loved having the doors to the balcony open. You have also managed to supply all the thing so easily forgotten by guests such as salt, pepper oil etc.

We had a lovely sunny Sunday morning to walk to Holkham and back, and really enjoyed the food at the Crab restaurant. But most of all we loved your flat. It bright beautiful vistas, and clean, modern fittings were just perfect.

We had a lovely stay thank you and really liked the accommodation. Everything was well thought out and planned. It’s hard to find baby friendly accommodation. It’s a lovely sun trap so we often had a coffee on the steps while the baby slept. We will be back in future.

We would just like to say what a wonderful holiday we had staying in 1 Quayside. The property is fantastic, better than we could have hoped for. The six nights went far too quickly! We plan to return to 1 Quayside next year if not before.
